Woven Women's Festival

WOVEN is a 4 day Festival of Women:

A Jungle Convergence (as we like to say: for Badass Bitches) that will take place in the Costa Rican Jungle | April 30th – May 4th, 2027    (extra nights available)

This event is a highly curated, edgy, fearless experience that honors the creative power of Womankind, designed to showcase and celebrate how we are shaping the world, as well as connect you to other women who are doing the same. We believe there is nothing more powerful than a woman who is tapped into her pleasure, passion and aliveness with other badass women beside her.

Whatever multi-hyphenated title you hold…Leader. Mother. Creator. Healer. Producer. Dreamer. Dancer. Strategist. Seeker. Mystic. Maker…we welcome you and the multitudes you contain.

Our intention is that every woman who attends will leave with something that deeply impacts the trajectory of your life…whether it’s someone you meet, a pearl of wisdom, a new idea, or a download from the jungle. This experience is meant to activate you.

There will be workshops, connection moments, jungle activations, weaving of ideas, dance parties, some good cries and a whole lotta laughs – set on an insanely gorgeous property to hold it all.

Co-created by 4 women who have been in the trenches: long-time party producers, experience designers, community leaders, witches, bitches and sacred space creators. This gathering is uniquely designed to accelerate your ideas, fuel your dreams and leave you feeling electric AF. Consider yourself warned 🙂

WOVEN Retreat Payment & Cancellation Policy

Your registration and payment reserve your space at WOVEN and allow us to make advance commitments for the venue, programming, staffing, gifts, experiences, transportation, and other retreat-related expenses.

Payment Schedule

Your initial WOVEN retreat deposit is non-refundable and secures your space. All remaining payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided at registration.

Your space is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Refunds

Because WOVEN is an intimate, highly curated experience and many retreat expenses are committed well in advance based on our confirmed number of participants, payments become increasingly non-refundable as the retreat approaches.

Initial deposit: Your deposit is non-refundable from the time it is paid.
More than 90 days before the retreat: Any payments made above the initial deposit are refundable.
60–90 days before the retreat: 50% of payments made above the initial deposit are refundable.
Less than 60 days before the retreat: All payments are non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before the retreat or in the event of a no-show: All payments are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward another WOVEN program, retreat, or experience.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another approved participant. Transfers are subject to WOVEN approval and any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, WOVEN may, at its sole discretion, allow some portion of your payment to be transferred as a credit toward a future WOVEN experience.

Credits are not guaranteed and do not apply to costs that WOVEN has already paid or committed on your behalf.

Travel & Accommodations

Unless specifically stated otherwise, airfare, transportation, hotel or resort charges, travel insurance, and other third-party expenses that are not included in your WOVEN retreat package are separate from payments made to WOVEN and are governed by the cancellation policies of those providers.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, to protect your investment in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.

Changes or Cancellation by WOVEN

If WOVEN cancels the retreat entirely, participants will receive a refund of retreat fees paid directly to WOVEN, less any non-refundable third-party expenses that were expressly disclosed as non-refundable at the time of registration.

WOVEN is not responsible for airfare, transportation, accommodations, or other independently booked travel expenses.
